Paz, mi\u00e9rcoles 8 de junio de 2022.-<\/em>&nbsp;Centenares de familias de Jos\u00e9 C. Paz recibieron la Escritura de su Vivienda, en el marco del \u201cPlan de Regularizaci\u00f3n Dominial\u201d previsto por la Ley 24.347 que lleva adelante el Gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires junto a la Municipalidad de Jos\u00e9 C. Paz.<\/p>\n<p>El acto se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Centro de Estudios Municipal (CEM) de la Universidad Nacional de Jos\u00e9 C. Paz (UNPAZ), participaron en representaci\u00f3n del Intendente&nbsp;<strong>Mario Ishii<\/strong>, el Secretario de Gobierno&nbsp;<strong>Pablo<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Mansilla<\/strong>; el Subsecretario de H\u00e1bitat del Ministerio de Desarrollo de la Comunidad, Arq.&nbsp;<strong>Rub\u00e9n Pascolini<\/strong>, el Director de Acciones Escriturarias provincial, Dr.&nbsp;<strong>Ariel Trovero<\/strong>&nbsp;y la Directora de Casa de Tierras municipal,&nbsp;<strong>Elba Ben\u00edtez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo establecido por la normativa, los destinatarios deben acreditar posesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, pac\u00edfica y permanente de una vivienda \u00fanica durante un periodo de diez a\u00f1os. La Provincia pionera en su implementaci\u00f3n y en el transcurso de estos dos a\u00f1os ya se entregaron 4.500 escrituras, mientras que hay otras 6.425 pr\u00f3ximas a entregarse.<\/p>\n<p>El trabajo mancomunado entre provincia y municipio, permite cumplir con el deseo de los vecinos y vecinas de tener el t\u00edtulo propio de sus viviendas, accediendo a sus derechos, seguridad jur\u00eddica y social que implica ser due\u00f1os de la propiedad en la que viven. Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes concejales locales, directores, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y familias
