PABLO NOGUES<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c<\/strong><em><strong>CALLES SEGURAS\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, t\u00f3mese conocimiento hecho de intimidaci\u00f3n publica por parte de alumno perteneciente a la <em><strong>Escuela de Educaci\u00f3n Media nro. 05<\/strong><\/em> de esta localidad, donde joven exhibe fotograf\u00eda en diferentes redes sociales portando armas de fuego, intimando a los dem\u00e1s alumnos a no concurrir al establecimiento. Tal es as\u00ed, que de las averiguaciones practicadas y tareas de campo realizadas, se logra dar con el domicilio del causante de autos, otorg\u00e1ndose orden de allanamiento dispuesta por el Sr. Juez del juzgado de Garant\u00edas del Joven nro. 02 del Depto. Judicial de San Mart\u00edn en el domicilio sito <em><strong>calle Luis Daguerre nro. 2190, de esta localidad, procediendo a la aprehensi\u00f3n de persona del sexo masculino C<\/strong><\/em><strong>RISTIAN MIGUEL HAURIGOT<\/strong>, en Capital Federal, hijo de<em><strong> Miguel Santos (f) y de Evelinda Manallio (f) y IGNACIO HAURIGOT,<\/strong> <strong>incaut\u00e1ndose al momento del&nbsp; tres r\u00e9plicas de armas de fuego, una del tipo ametralladora, una del tipo pistola calibre 9 mm y otra de similares caracter\u00edsticas a un arma de fuego calibre 380 mm, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n picadura de marihuana fraccionada destinada para su comercializaci\u00f3n, pesando en su totalidad 515 gramos. Interviene Unidad funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n nro. 16, quien dispuso la aprehensi\u00f3n del causante CRISTIAN MIGUEL HAURIGOT por el delito de \u201cTenencia Ilegal de Estupefacientes fines comercializaci\u00f3n\u201d y Fiscal\u00eda del Fuero de Responsabilidad Penal Juvenil del Depto. Judicial de San Mart\u00edn. Fdo.
