El importe deber\u00e1 actualizarse peri\u00f3dicamente. A la cifra se arrib\u00f3 luego de que en febrero de 2018, la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno de Salud solicit\u00f3 al INDEC la realizaci\u00f3n, por \u00fanica vez, del c\u00e1lculo de valorizaci\u00f3n de una canasta b\u00e1sica alimentaria para cel\u00edacos para&nbsp;&nbsp;que reemplace algunos productos de la CBA habitual por productos libres de gluten. Y corresponde, seg\u00fan la resoluci\u00f3n publicada hoy, al 27,5% del valor de la CBA que public\u00f3 el INDEC para una persona adulta de entre 30 y 59 a\u00f1os, porcentaje que surge del 70% de la diferencia de ambas canastas (la CBA y la CBA-SinTacc).<\/p>\n<p>La celiaqu\u00eda es la enfermedad cr\u00f3nica intestinal m\u00e1s frecuente en la Argentina: se estima que alrededor de 400 mil personas pueden ser cel\u00edacas y cada vez son m\u00e1s quienes llegan al diagn\u00f3stico. En los ni\u00f1os, seg\u00fan estudios oficiales, la prevalencia es a\u00fan mayor: uno de cada 79 puede ser cel\u00edaco. Si bien es cada vez es m\u00e1s com\u00fan que personas adultas lleguen al diagn\u00f3stico, por cada cel\u00edaco diagnosticado hay ocho que todav\u00eda no lo saben.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con esas cifras,&nbsp;la&nbsp;Ley N\u00b0 26.588&nbsp;hab\u00eda declarado de inter\u00e9s nacional la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, la investigaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica y epidemiol\u00f3gica, la capacitaci\u00f3n profesional en la detecci\u00f3n temprana, diagn\u00f3stico y tratamiento de la enfermedad cel\u00edaca, su difusi\u00f3n y el acceso a los alimentos libres de gluten.<\/p>\n<script>function
