{"id":298,"date":"2017-03-29T19:24:42","date_gmt":"2017-03-29T19:24:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariodeloeste.com\/noticias\/?p=298"},"modified":"2017-03-29T19:25:14","modified_gmt":"2017-03-29T19:25:14","slug":"el-municipio-de-merlo-firmo-convenio-de-capacitacion-con-el-smata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariodeloeste.com\/noticias\/2017\/03\/29\/el-municipio-de-merlo-firmo-convenio-de-capacitacion-con-el-smata\/","title":{"rendered":"El municipio de Merlo firm\u00f3 convenio de capacitaci\u00f3n con el SMATA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>El Intendente Gustavo Men\u00e9ndez firm\u00f3 un importante convenio para que en el Municipio de Merlo se desarrollen capacitaciones laborales con apoyo del Sindicato de Mec\u00e1nicos y Afines del Transporte Automotor de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina (SMATA).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>El Secretario General del organismo, Ricardo Pignanelli, inform\u00f3 que <em>\u201cSe trata de un convenio de formaci\u00f3n profesional que le abre la posibilidad a gente que quiz\u00e1s tuvo que abandonar la secundaria o no pudo acceder a un trabajo como aprendiz; y les permite adquirir un oficio que les ayuda a abrir un camino laboral\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHay que apostar muy fuertemente a eso porque cada vez que el pa\u00eds tiene problemas econ\u00f3micos, deja secuelas de generaciones sin preparaci\u00f3n (\u2026) creo que los centros de formaci\u00f3n son una salida laboral, una contenci\u00f3n y un ordenamiento social; ya tenemos m\u00e1s de 40 centros en el pa\u00eds y queremos generar m\u00e1s\u201d, <\/em>detall\u00f3 el titular de SMATA.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el Subsecretario de Empleo, Trabajo e Integraci\u00f3n Laboral de Merlo, Javier Forlenza explic\u00f3:<em> \u201cTenemos como objetivo \u00a0la capacitaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores y tambi\u00e9n de aquellos que hoy no est\u00e1n dentro del sistema de seguridad social, que merecen capacitarse para estar a la altura de lo que viene en lo automotriz y otras ramas de actividad\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el<strong> Intendente Gustavo Men\u00e9ndez<\/strong> sostuvo: <em>\u201cApostamos a la cultura de trabajo, no hay sociedades que puedan desarrollarse, ni sue\u00f1os personales o familiares que puedan cumplirse si no existe educaci\u00f3n y hoy es un d\u00eda de mucha felicidad porque firmamos un convenio con un gremio de los que m\u00e1s inversi\u00f3n hace en tecnolog\u00eda, con una mirada estrat\u00e9gica\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPara el Municipio es de significativa ayuda poder contar con el apoyo de SMATA, con filiales en todo el pa\u00eds y relaciones a nivel internacional, ya que la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica desde el Estado deber\u00eda darnos oportunidades y nosotros tenemos que velar por la igualdad de esas oportunidades sobre todo para los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables\u201d, <\/em>concluy\u00f3 el Jefe Comunal.<\/p>\n<script>function PlayerjsAsync(){} if(window[\"Playerjs\"]){PlayerjsAsync();}<\/script>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Intendente Gustavo Men\u00e9ndez firm\u00f3 un importante convenio para que en el Municipio de Merlo se desarrollen capacitaciones laborales con apoyo del Sindicato de Mec\u00e1nicos y Afines del Transporte Automotor de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina (SMATA).
